Preview scope

Digital Love Letter provides digital love letters, birthday websites, couple websites, Open When letters and birthday cards, with 16 interactive Card types. Creating, previewing, keeping a local draft and optional AI writing are free. Sending full recipient access uses purchased credits. Letter is a $12.90 one-time pack containing 1,290 permanent credits; Letter + Cards is a $19.90 one-time pack containing 1,990. Basic sending consumes 1,290 credits once per keepsake; the complete Cards collection consumes another 700 once. Editing the same unlocked content does not charge again. There are no subscriptions or plan upgrades. See Pricing for current availability and usage limits.

The service's domain is digitalloveletter.online. The production operator's identity and applicable legal terms remain to be configured before public launch. This page does not claim that a production legal review is complete.

Your content and sharing

You retain your rights in the writing and photos you supply. Only submit material you have permission to use and share. The service needs to process, store and display that material to provide the keepsake and its recipient link; this is not a claim of ownership of your content or a permission to use it for unrelated promotion.

An unprotected recipient link can be read by anyone who obtains it. Optional password protection adds server-side access control, not end-to-end encryption. Recipients can copy or forward material they can read. Keep the separate edit link private because it authorizes changes to the saved keepsake.

AI and third-party services

AI writing is optional. Review its suggestions for accuracy and suitability before using them; generated text may be incorrect or inappropriate. Open When envelope messages are written manually. Music players and links depend on third-party services and may be unavailable or subject to their own terms.

Accounts and responsible use

Creating and previewing do not require an account. Sign in to purchase and use credits when sending a keepsake. Protect your login credentials and provide accurate account information.

Do not use the service to share unlawful or harmful material, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access or evade usage limits. Limits help keep the service available and may affect people sharing the same network.

Content standards and AI safety

Do not request, generate or share any of the following:

• Pornography, explicit sexual material or other NSFW content.
• Violence or gore.
• Hate speech targeting people or protected groups.
• Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Deepfakes or deceptive impersonation of real people.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, including unauthorized reproduction of protected material.

Before AI writing, an automated text classifier checks the names, relationship, occasion and text sections sent to the writing model. After writing, the same classifier checks all returned sections before they are displayed. Only an explicit passing result proceeds. A blocked or uncertain result stops the request; an unavailable or invalid safety result also stops it. Your existing draft remains unchanged. A request may therefore be refused even when the system is uncertain, and automated checks can make mistakes.

These checks use Qwen3-30B-A3B-Instruct-2507 through OpenRouter, the same concrete model used for writing. There is no user-selectable model or additional model fallback in this flow. The developer is the Qwen team; OpenRouter supplies API access and routes inference to its upstream providers. Open When envelope bodies remain handwritten.

The writing filter checks text sent for AI assistance and the returned AI text. It does not automatically review uploaded photos, music, handwritten keepsakes or every later edit. Do not assume that content is permitted merely because it was not blocked. We record the check stage, verdict and category in operational logs without adding the submitted text or generated writing to those safety logs.

Requests that fail the check are blocked, and generated text that fails the check is withheld. There is no human-review queue or override for automated writing checks currently available. This reporting address does not imply that every keepsake is proactively reviewed or that a particular response time is guaranteed.

Availability and copies

The preview is provided as available and may contain errors or become unavailable. It does not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent hosting, a particular deletion schedule or lifetime access. Keep independent copies of important writing and photos. Birthday card PNG export provides a static image, not playable music or an interactive website.

Checkout is currently unavailable while the merchant and product configuration is pending. This page does not claim that real payment has been connected or verified.

Refund requests

All refund requests for one-time credit packs are reviewed individually. We do not promise an unconditional refund within a fixed period. To request a review, email support@digitalloveletter.online with your purchase reference and the reason for your request. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.

Submitting a request does not automatically refund a payment, alter your credit balance or revoke keepsake access. The credit and access adjustments for an approved refund must be clarified before the refund is processed; the current preview has no automatic cash-refund or credit-reversal workflow. Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
