Preview status

This page describes browser storage used by the current Digital Love Letter preview. Production operator details, a verified contact and the final inventory of enabled integrations must be confirmed before public launch. Simply visiting this page is not presented as consent to advertising or analytics cookies.

Drafts and preferences

The keepsake editor uses local storage, which is separate from cookies, to remember each tool's draft. This includes text, photos, settings, the saved-letter identifier and the private editing capability. Keep shared browser profiles in mind: another person using the same profile may be able to reopen your draft.

The site also supports language preferences through its locale mechanism. The preview enforces its light appearance and removes a previously stored theme preference.

Optional accounts and session storage

The five tools work anonymously. If you use account sign-in, the authentication system uses session cookies. Blocking or deleting those cookies can sign you out or prevent account features from working; it does not make an already shared keepsake private.

The existing site shell also records a sanitized landing-page path and external referring origin in session storage. Paid checkout is disabled for this release; those stored fields do not mean that a purchase has occurred.

External services

Music embeds and external links can connect your browser to services such as YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or Deezer. Their own storage and privacy practices may apply when content loads or you visit their sites. The application uses the YouTube no-cookie embed domain when it can create a supported YouTube player; that domain name is not a guarantee that the service makes no network requests or processes no information.

The codebase contains optional analytics and chat integrations. Analytics components do not render in the local development preview and require production configuration. Chat loads only if a website identifier is configured. Before deployment, the enabled services and their actual storage must be checked and disclosed. This preview does not assert that advertising, analytics, load-balancing or social-media cookies are necessarily installed merely because a template supported them.

Your browser controls

You can inspect or clear cookies, local storage and session storage using your browser's site-data settings. Clearing local storage may remove an unsaved draft and the local copy of your edit capability. It does not remove server-side keepsakes or copies held by recipients. Save any writing or downloads you want to keep first.
